Know someone looking for their next home? Refer a friend to one of our buildings and, if they move in, you'll receive a referral reward as a thank you from us.
To redeem our 'Refer A Friend' offer please submit the form on our Refer a Friend Page and specify which location and building your friend would like to move into.
Terms & Conditions
- The person you refer must NOT be already active in our database (meaning they are a NEW referral).
- Referral benefits may NOT be used in conjunction with any other booking offers we may promote from time to time.
- You should not refer anyone to us before they have made it clear to you that they are happy to speak to us about booking at Collective Property Co. We will provide a copy of our Privacy Policy when we first contact anyone you refer to us.
- If the referred cancels or you move out before the referred moves into the property, we may rescind the offer.
- Collective Property Co. reserves the right to terminate/withdraw this referral scheme at any time.
- £50 reward per referral
- Maximum 4 referrals per person
