Pets In Collective Property Co. Properties

Unfortunately, we do not have the facilities to cater for pets in our properties. Regardless of any agreement between landlord and letting agent, our buildings leaseholder agreements between the freeholder and landlord strictly prohibits pets of any kind, meaning this is not authorised in any property managed by Collective Property Co.
