What to Do if You Need Access to Your Property
Getting locked out can be frustrating, but the right steps depend on your building and whether you need immediate access.
Lost Keys
If you have lost your key or access fob, please contact the lettings team as soon as possible at lettings@collectivepropertyco.com so that we can arrange a replacement and advise on the next steps.
Urgent Access or Out-of-Hours Support
If you require urgent access to your property outside of office hours, you will need to contact your building's block management team or concierge service.
