A Step-by-Step Guide to Getting Back Inside.

Keeping track of your keys may seem like a small detail, but it can make a big difference in your daily life. Losing or forgetting your keys can cause stress, inconvenience, and potentially even danger, especially if you're locked out of your home. Additionally, replacing lost keys can be costly and time-consuming, and may require you to change your locks for security purposes. By taking care of your keys and making a habit of carrying them with you, you can save yourself time, money, hassle, and avoid the frustration and anxiety of being locked out. 

If you ever find yourself locked out, here's what you could do: 

Queensland Place

  • Check if the concierge is available to open the door during business hours. 
  • If the concierge is not available, call the Block Collective team on 0151 404 9894. 
  • Keep in mind that there is a charge for key replacements (£40) or card replacements (£25). 
  • It's important to look after your keys to prevent getting locked out in the first place. Try to keep them in a safe and secure place, and make sure to take them with you when you leave the building. 
  • Please always be prepared to show proof of your tenancy via Arthur app or ID as this will need verifying before you are let in. 

Norfolk House and The Artesian 

  • If you experience any issues you should report them through the Arthur app. 
  • If you need to speak to the day concierge, the Block Collective number is 0151 404 9894. 
  • For issues that arise outside of regular business hours, you should contact the night concierge at 0151 404 9894. They will be able to assist you outside of regular business hours. 
  • Please always be prepared to show proof of your tenancy via Arthur app or ID as this will need verifying before you are let in. 

One Wolstenholme Square 

  • You can call 0151 404 9894.
  • Make a note of the concierge phone number which should be on display at reception.
  • Additionally, you can email ows@collectivepropertyco.comwith your enquiry and one of our agents will get in touch with you asap.
