A Credas Check is a secure digital identity verification that forms part of our tenant referencing process. It helps us confirm that you are who you say you are, ensuring a safe and compliant renting process for everyone.

You'll receive a secure link from Credas, where you'll be asked to upload a valid photo ID (such as a passport or driving licence) and complete a quick identity check using your smartphone or computer. The process only takes a few minutes.

Completing your Credas Check promptly helps prevent delays to your application and allows us to progress your referencing as quickly as possible.
